TREC has been established for over 10 years and is accredited as an approved course by the Royal College of Nursing. It was developed by Sheila Hall, in response to the interest in, and need for accessible travel-health care, education and vaccine information.
We provide introductory courses and updates, designed to meet the needs of doctors and nurses involved in the administration of vaccines and in the growing field of health advice for travellers.
To date, almost 2500 nurses and doctors have attended our 2 Day Course. We have received some very positive feedback from previous students and strive to maintain our reputation for providing a friendly but informative course.

We currently have our course dates planned until October 2012 with venues
in Edinburgh, Leeds, Durham, Glasgow, Liverpool and Winchester.

TREC Immunisation Study Day
"Getting to the Point"
We are now organising a new RCN accredited
"Immunisation Study Day"
Designed to refresh immunisation, vaccine and anaphylaxis knowledge, and renew annual CPR skills, in line with the National Minimum Standards for Immunisation Training Guidance.
This day is open to any registered health care professionals
and we anticipate that it will be particularly useful for occupational health
staff. (Sorry - but not suitable for health care assistants)
